Interior Plant Programs

If you are a commercial space looking to add plants- these are the programs for you. I am an indoor plant care expert, with lots of experience greening-out commercial buildings. We offer two types of programs: a la carte plants & plant arrangements.

A la carte plant program:

  • Design, install, and maintenance included.

  • Walk through your space & discuss budget and what you might want. We will come up with a custom floor-plan to add greenery to your space.

Plant Arrangement program:

  • Design, delivery, and maintenance included.

  • Scheduled delivery of an ever-changing arrangement of your choice: succulent bowls, orchid arrangements, or terrarium arrangements.

Floral Arrangements:

I offer weekly or bi-weekly arrangements for commercial spaces & private residences. This is perfect for hotels, restaurants, and anywhere you may want to add a touch of elegance to.

What do your monthly plant arrangements entail?

Monthly plant arrangements are a fun substitute for floral arrangements. I have an endless variety of options available such as terrariums and bowl arrangements. We can mix and match with plants and styles. This is a great option for people who want to keep their plants ever-changing and create a different kind of green-space.

These arrangements will be curated to your space, and will be different with every delivery. I have done monthly arrangements that are filled with cacti one month- and air plants the next!

Since these are plants, they need to be watered! Monthly maintenance included.

What does the interior plant design & service entail?

My favorite option for commercial locations is the a la carte plant option. I will walk through your space with you, and pick plants that will thrive in your space in all seasons. I will curate the perfect plants & pots to match your space. Maintenance & care for plants is included.

With the simple addition of plants to the workspace- you now have an enriched commercial space, with real greenery. There is no hassle, and the product lives & grows with your space.

Do you take standing orders for flowers?

We offer standing orders for arrangements to the King County area. If you would like to have new flower arrangements in your space every week, this is perfect for you. You can request a time for us to deliver so we can visit with you on a weekly basis!

We offer standing bulk-flower orders to all of our customers as well. If you would like to have gorgeous arrangements in your space and are excited about the idea of building your own creations, schedule a reoccurring order with us! This is fun for small businesses, artists, and anyone in between.

Ordering Plants and Flowers:

I don’t live in Washington. Can I still purchase flowers or plants?

We would not recommend purchasing live floral products to be shipped outside of the PNW, as shipping can be unpredictable and pricy. We encourage you to shop for locally sourced flowers if we are outside of your area. Plants can survive the trip, and are okay to be purchased outside of Washington, but be mindful of the plant type and what time of year it is. If we don’t think we can complete an order due to these circumstances, we will contact you.

If you want to purchase a custom or pre-made DIY kit and are located in Washington or the PNW- send me an email and we can see if we can work out a plan.

Our preserved materials, foliage, accessories, and other art can be shipped to any location in the USA. Plants can be shipped anywhere in the US during summer months.

When should I inquire for a quote and order my flowers?

We are typically booking about 8 months- 1.5 years in advance. There are select dates available within winter 2024- so feel free to send me an email to ask about specific availability.

You should contact us for a quote or schedule a consult with us a MINIMUM of 8 weeks before your event. This will give me enough time to provide your quote, source your flowers, and build your order. The sooner- the better, as dates do book out in busier seasons. For summer events- I recommend inquiring a year in advance (if possible).

Running out of time?

If you discovered us too late and want to see if we can take on your order anyway? Send me an email and add URGENT ORDER to the title and I will contact you ASAP and let you know if I can help. Things happen and we forget to book services. I get it! I will do my best to help.

DIY Kits & Planning:

We are currently not offering our pre-selected DIY kits, so we can improve them for future clients. Contact us for a custom kit, or wait until 2025 to see our new offerings!

How do I choose how many flowers to get?

I tried to lay out the DIY options in an easy-to-order format. The small order is best for just doing a bridal bouquet or one large bouquet- with potential to have some leftovers. If you want to create bridesmaid bouquets as well, I would recommend getting the medium or large sizes. A lot of people underestimate how many stems of product is really needed. If I were doing a few arrangements on an arch, I would use a large order of our DIY options for this.

Keep in mind- this is just a rough guideline that can be easy to use. Results may vary.

Still confused? Send me an email at erica@bloombratsbotanical.com , and I’ll help you figure out what you need.

If I jump in and buy all of these flowers, how will I know what to do with them?

Don’t fret! We have your back. You can send us all of the questions you have via email. If you are placing a large order, it is a good idea to schedule a design consult with us. There, we can go over how to manage everything. Once we know what your project is, we can come up with a plan and send corresponding instructions and materials with your order. Beyond using us as a resource, there are thousands of amazing florists who teach across platforms on the internet.

What comes in the DIY Kits?

Our DIY kits have their floral and foliage selections under each individual listing. These come with 1, 2, or 3 bunches of each selection type. We will also include some basic care instructions, so you can get the craft done without needing to rely on youtube videos or Pinterest (but those never hurt anybody!).

How are the flowers delivered?

Currently we prefer to deliver bulk flowers & DIY Flower Packages through local driver delivery only. We are willing to ship these products throughout the PNW, but a separate inquiry must be made. We currently hold these rules so we can ensure the product is in good quality throughout its shipping process. These flowers will come in packages (typically boxes) from the growers. We will take care of the flowers while they are in our hands, but we will not process the products (i.e. strip leaves, thorns, etc.). We choose to ship the products in their packages from growers so we can reduce shipping waste. We will typically combine the products into as few packages as possible, so you have less “garbage” to sort through, and less space taken up by these products.

Why don’t you process the products?

Although we see some benefit in returning time to the customer by processing the products (i.e. strip leaves, thorns, etc.), we want to maintain the quality of these products for as long as possible. Cut flowers have a timeline on their life, and the more processed the product is, the closer to the end of it’s lifeline it has become. For many of these products, processing steps should be done as close to the designing stage as possible.

Due to flowers being flowers, they’re not always available when we want them. When this happens, we will offer a substitution for the flower you wanted with something else that is available. We will be sure to note this for you on your quote so you don’t miss it.
